Together we will identify problems, outline goals, and work through the process of achieving those goals. Many of my clients have had success using cognitive behavioral therapy to lessen their depression and anxiety. This involves logging thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Oftentimes clients benefit from talk therapy. We will discuss patterns and events which have led up to these issues, identify healthy changes and behaviors, and establish routines and strategies to maintain them. You will gain control and have a more fulfilling life.
